Who is the dark horse?

Every year there always seems to be an act which comes from nowhere to do very well and even win. So who is the dark horse this year?

For me there are a few:
Ruth: She is either going to be great and go far or be awful and be out soon
Bad Lashes: Hope did well last year but this group seems alot better and more likable than them. I think they are potential dark horses and even finalists.
Scott: He is a good singer and Im sure a few good early performances in the live shows will build his support up and take him far.

Ruth & JLS. I don't think Scott will be a dark horse. He has enough to get him through the first few weeks, but after that? He doesn't have 'it'.

I agree, but I think week 1 will make or break Ruth. If she screws it up shes probably at the highest risk of anyone for being eliminated, but if she gets it spot on I expect she'll be here for a good few weeks.

how will ruth be a dark horse when everyone knows she'll be there in a good few weeks
danny & the other 2 girl bands are obviusly the ones going in the first few weeks, seems scott is the only dark horse
because the rest of them are strong contenders, but he could surprise people.

Ruth is the dark horse in my opinion, she has been given no coverage really... but I reckon she has an amazing voice, and has the best chance of winning in the over 25's.
