Crowd noises...

Sorry if this is a stupid and obvious question. Could someone tlel me that on eviction night, why do they play crowd noises into the house? If you know what I mean, when Davina is not communicating with the hm's.?

So that the housemates cannot hear any chants or cheers - incase they hear something about another HM or themselves that will upset them.
Also because they can't have the HMs hearing who is popular as they might change their nominations or have fake friendships to popular people.

But yeah - mainly so they dont hear the actual crowd outside.
