Leannes Deep Debt

Spoiler: Scroll over text to highlight spoiler text.

Leanne - played by 28-year-old Jane Danson - causes friction between the couple when Roger demands she pay him back the money he loaned her to buy her restaurant.

Roger and Janice are enjoying a free meal at Valandro's when Leanne asks him to help fix a leak in the toilets.

But both women are shocked when plumber Roger, played by newcomer Andrew Dunn, fixes the problem, only to present Leanne with a bill for the work he has done.

Janice - played by Vicky Entwistle - confronts him, but he explains that Leanne's failure to pay him back means he desperately needs the cash.

Leanne was due to begin repaying the loan last month, but failed to meet her first repayment after struggling to make a success of her new business venture.

Roger originally leant Leanne the money to help win favour with Janice, her former stepmother.

But after Leanne goes more than two months without returning a penny of the money Roger's patience finally cracks.

Poor Leanne

Roger's definitely got some hidden agenda with this Janice/Leanne thing. There's something not right about him. Why would you give someone you barely know ten thousand pounds? :shrug:

Martin didn't go to Liverpool did he? I might be wrong he went somewhere else. I'm lovin' tonights episode. I say scrap the Leanne storyline and scrap the Ashley storyline. :bored:

I don't really think the Ashley one is belivable. He wouldn't do that.
