EDITED : Here is my new eye. I downloaded Paint.net so this isnt done on ms paint as all my others are.

Three problems there:

1. HTML code does not work on TiBB.
2. You cannot link to files that are on your computer. They're only on your computer, not the internet - as such we can't see them.
3. If you've made your own eye I would suggest you post it in a new thread.
