Jade Goody...
Hi ALL
Its been a while, I am writing this topic as I am concerned by the media comments that " All Reality Tv people especially BB contestants are this
desperate for PR"
This is of course is refering to Jades VERY public way of announcing her news..
What i would say is this ..I think the problem here is that Jade has no respect for herself and unfortunately is using this horrific illness to
generate publicity not for Cancer awareness but for Jade.
Having a book and a new perfume out at the same time as this news has broken, makes it more difficult for her to convince people otherwise. Being
honest her Career was already finish because of her actions in Celeb BB which made her very unpopular and I think it would be stupid of her to think
that this will make people forget of what we saw of the real Jade !.
There is enough awareness about cancer without Jade getting involved, so having a documentary made about her suffering is nothing but a money making
exercise, as are the recent Media interviews. Jade would be better off using her time, away from the media and get her priorities in order by putting
her young family first........ but financially I guess that may not be an option she is willing to consider, making money out of this illness is
really low,even by her standards.
No one would disagree that although its terribly sad she has cancer, Jade would be better off having some dignity and get out of the public eye and
judging by the amount of copies of the magazines still on the shelves with her face on and the overall lack of interest, I think the public are not
stupid and have already made a statement about her popularity and that fact they have not forgotten what Jade is .........

I was thinking this before you know... when I saw her on all the covers of the magazine I was thinking... "Surely she has better things to do now she
has this illness to get over than to sell it to the magazines"
I was actually sorry for Jade, but she is taking such the wrong direction with this! She is going to lose respect!

am hearing loads of people say this too..when i ask them if they've heard bout it..there all saying the same thing.....
i think if she just stayed in the indian bb house as normal..people may have completly calm down towards her.

Jade earns a living by letting people into her life, whether you agree with that or not is tough luck. Jade's not going to be able to get a job in an
office or have a normal carrer - this is her "job". Jade knew she could have cancer before she went into Big Boss, but she has told it was very
unlikely. She did it because she needed the money and it was an opportunity to let the Indian public see her and not just a very small bits the press
wanted them to see. Again, Jade knew she would get the results of her tests while inside the house - but was told by her doctor that she would be
fine. Obviously, he was wrong. After being told on a TV show, it's pretty damm hard to "get out of the public eye". Jade had done interviews, but
only to attempt to put a stop to all these stupid rumors of it all being a scam.
Jade very rarely does interviews, and most of the stories ou read about jade are false. Just like 90% of the stuff in Heat etc.

No because then the cancer would of got worse, she made the right move by leaving. But then she should of just left the lime light while she sorted
out her life. Cancer is a big deal! And no chance do i believe that she has now accepted it and she can go back to work! She should be getting
treatment and spending time with her family.
instead of using the illness like bait for magazines and rolling some more cash on it! I do hope she gets better I really do, but I also hope she
would just give it a rest!
And Arneldo, I respect thats her job... but she has enough money to just stop for a bit! She is deffo going into the millions, she has money from her
salon to keep her steady, but no she has to be greedy and rake in on her illness!

no. what i mean is if people are right bout the whole its a scam thing..then i think if she just did bb india as normal people would calm to her...
am sure they are already treating her..

She uses every oppurtunity as a PR stunt. She will never learn, and it makes people dislike her even more.

Jade doesnt have her salon anymore, she got rid of that a few years ago. Jade makes her most money from the magazines - and they make there money from
her. She gets money for the odd TV interview but she very rarely does interviews etc.
I'd say Jade has earned into the millions, but I very much doubt thats the case now. She needed the money, and wouldnt have went into Big Boss if she
didnt imo.

If you're suffering from a serious illness then surely you would step away from the limelight altogether to get treatment and recover, why is she
aggressively promoting herself still? She was on GMTV this morning too, apparantely. This only provokes people to doubt her even more, especially when
she has Max Clifford as her agent, who will do literally anything to put these Z-list celebrities on a pedestal and force them into our lives
