I need to get this off my chest, and no Lauren has nothing to do with me posting this. I want to post this because hey freedom of speech rules ya'll.

I think that the Admins/other Super Moderators should actually do their job and stop relying on Lauren, who I think personally does ALL the work around here and don't even kid yourself you know she does it all, if you didn't have Lauren god knows what you would do.

Also, I know she doesn't have admin rights to (example: Change members names) but it's not like you do that in a flash anyway.

Or the technical side of stuff, although I bet she could.
The girl is in Uni for god's sake. Give her a break.

I agree, I think she contributes alot to Moderating, I know people can't spend there whole lives on here but personally I think that there should be more Mods, so that there isn't just 1 online doing all the work the whole time.

I agree with this but I don't think it's fair to say the other mods aren't doing their jobs either, Red Moon and Ash are ussually around too.

Errmmm.... I think that Lauren is a great mod but I find this thread out of order if I am perfectly honest.

James, Mark, Kaz, Red Moon, Di, Ash, Lauren and Sunny (the mods which are most on right now) all do an amazing job of keeping this forum the way it is because they all work hard to do so.

Sometime they do need to take a little time out from the forum because its very intensive when you mod, they lose being a 'normal' member and have to work dam hard.

Mods sometimes come in invisibly so you dont know they are even there but they are working in the background, merging thread, deleting and moving them, changing posts etc.

Just because Lauren is the most online doesnt mean other dont do their fair share

I would like to know them more, I do believe they do a grand job on this site (and I know they must work so damn hard to control us little buggers, especially the argumentative ones).

I ain't slamming them and know they do a fair share.
