I am involved in
this little group on Facebook, in fact I set it up to help a friend of mine on facebook.
The description is this

Around Christmas 2007, Yvonne Bray, from Devon in England, took her two daughters to New York for a shopping trip. Whilst there Yvonne fell ill, landed in hospital and instead of someone contacting the British Consulate, her daughters were placed by the New York Administration of Children's services in a group home where they were strip searched and humiliated.
Yvonne had to discharge herself and find the group home and get her children.
When she returned to Devon, she received a letter saying she was under investigation for child abuse, (Just for falling ill!!!) Someone from the NYACS said it was a form letter and she would get another one closing the case
That has not happened and Yvonne has been told that she is still under investigation by the ACS, and if she ever returned to the US, she would be arrested and her children taken into care over there.
She has tried to contact the ACS, Mayors office and got no response. Going to her MP over here has drawn a blank, as has trying to contact the American Embassy.
Justice for Yvonne would be the ACS closing the case and recognising that she is not guilty in any way of child abuse, what she has been accused of, just for falling ill
We need people to get on to the ACS or officials here in the UK to press her case

For those of you who are on facebook, we are asking for people to sign up.
Yvonne is due to be doing more interviews in the media, thanks to the facebook group. It would be nice if TiBBers could contribute in making a bureaucratic organisation do what it said it would and clear Yvonne's name.
