Default The Official \'Dolly Rockers\' Thread! [[New Video Inside!! <3]]

Now they are not mainstream yet, but they will break into mainstream too! Words can't describe how much i love this band! Loads of people are expecting from them later on this year.

I thought i would make this thread for people who appreciate them! Hopefully people will love them as much as i do. They re just fantastic!

They are everywhere, from The Sun to Radio1.

The Daily Star Article

the sunday times article

Gordon Smart, A writer for The Sun Said:
THE DOLLY ROCKERS are already putting backs up in the celeb world - and they haven't even released their debut single yet. I'm starting to like these girls already.

There first official single will be Gold Digger!

It's marginally better - tolerable, at least. They're just so tacky and cheap sounding. Crude lyrics, crappy videos, dress like prostitutes, singing with an accent.

Prostitutes? I don't know about that but i can understand tacky. They have only had one video and it was not profesionally produced so i can't wait for gold digger!

That i agree with you with, but they have changed the lyrics now so it's all good! BTW, are you just going to be negative in this thread? Because if you are, please don't. I agree with freedom of speach, it is a forum at the end of the day. But try to be less rude please.. just asking..

yeah but that hardly applies here - this is a discussion thread, where people discuss them. And it's not like I said it in a bad way, I do think they dress like *****s, and realistically if I had came in and said, 'ooh well with all due respect I am really not all that keen on the music these fine young women are producing', really have made any difference as to how you perceived it? There was no rude intent attached to it.

Ugh really can't stand these girls.
They're being twats by insulting other girlbands [including The Saturdays] before they've even made a name for themselves and their music is just annoying.

Good luck with the thread though.
haha -tries to put some positivity in here-

Not another one.

The accented vocals only works for Lily Allen and Kate Nash.

I just love the Dolly Rockers the Lyrics for" Gold Digger", "Bang Bang", "Champagne Shirley" they wrote themselves. In my opinion i think they are very clever girls. As for their outfits and shots from their Video i have seen established and successful GirlBands wearing so much less clothes and useing their own sexuallity to pull in the punters and sell singles
The Dolly Rockers songs are about women who use sex to get men who have money!!!!. As for saying stuff about other girlbands its been done before thats the hype of the music industry its vile just look at whats happended to Micheal Jackson. I am sure the Saturdays dont need fans to protect them its pathetic j
