Default Mario v Darell

They butted heads with the music task but I think they both explained themselves well. Well done men.

Mario is a sly bastard, always trying to make other housemates look bad. He misinterpreted what Darnell said, then wouldn't stop pulling him up about it. Pr*ck!

I actually thought Darnell was completely misinterpreted. However, I won't defend him too much considering he explained himself in the last segment of the highlights show. I could understand where he was coming from with what he was saying, whilst I thought Mario was excessively sensitive.

Mario was obviously the one speaking sense, i was half expecting Darnell to blurt out, "you don't know what i've been through!". He's got that 'victim card', no doubt he'll use it in the future again.

It's almost like Mario thinks he can win any situation by pretending he has experience in that field.

Darnell was voted most musical housemate. Mario needed to shut up and listen for a change.

But he didn't use the 'victim card' so what is your point? You expected him too... and? That doesn't really mean anything does it?

Are you following me? He used the victim card before in an argument, he'll use it again, that's my point.

Well he didn't use it in that argument. Whether you expected him to or not is irrelevant and since this thread is about 'that' argument, I don't see how it matters either.

Actually it seems he did use it, maybe bb forgot to show this bit, eh?

Darnell responded: "You’re a beast, man! Why would you make me feel like that? You don’t wanna go to those places with me because you’ll look like a fool. You don’t know the problems I go through."

So now you think he DID use the victim card? Earlier you said you just expected him to!

I don't think he used the victim card. I think he's a nice guy that sometimes speaks before he really thinks about it. It was a throwaway comment.

If you think he was using the victim card, fair enough but I didn't. It seems you are pulling him up over nothing to prove an awkward point.

The thing is i proved my point without even knowing the facts to begin with, it was clearly him playing the victim card again. I actually quite like Darnell, he's depressing though. I was interested the first couple of times he was talking about the problems he's had to face but i get the feeling he won't shut up about how hard a life he's been through. We get the point.

You didn't prove anything to me! I think he's misinterpreted and certainly was by Mario in that argument (in my opinion) and I don't think he played the victim card.

Misinterpreted, yeah right, your head is in the clouds mate.

I think you have problems admitting i'm right Matt and that he does play the victim card.

"You don’t know the problems I go through."

Now if that's not Darnell using the victim card and feeling sorry for himself again i really don't know what is.

Are you not able to put your points across without getting petty and insulting?

Do you have difficulty accepting people have different opinions to you?

There's no right and wrong here.

Are you offended? What are you having a hissy fit over?

In peoples minds there is a right and wrong, just read up a few comments, a couple of people have said they think Darnell was right. It's just an opinion as you say, In my opinion Darnell was using the victim card again, i believe i am right when i say that. I am also of the opinion that Mario was in the right during their discussion so obviously i believe Darnell was in the wrong. What do you have a problem understanding about that?

The thing is that's it clear Darnell was using the victim card, you obviously have a problem admitting it.
