Helloooo everyone, I'm back! Did you all miss me?.. probably not .

I went on James' Railtour from Carnforth to Edinburgh this weekend... we left on Friday and had to take a BUS from london to preston. [WHYYY?!] We JUST made the bus as well so Ali + I had the laptop in the aisle and had to watch gossipgirl really hunched. Then when we got to the Travelodge it was in a really dodgy area of Preston.. and the hotel didn't give us any soap! So we watched gossipgirl and then started pranking everyone on our phone, even Conzors on thsi forum.. but i think he got a bit freaked out .

The actual train tour was alright, we did the garbage run and some man said "oh yeah, you're doing a woman's job." pfftttt.! Edinburgh was AMAZING, I haven't been there in like 5 years, and we went to the Camera Obscura museum [oh and by "we" I mean Ali, Nick, Me & James' Parents] and went out to eat :].

The train on the way back was gooood but we got told off for drinking alchohol in uniform (:P) and Ali's laptop bag got stolen/went missing.

We arrived at Oldham travelodge at like 12 o'clock at night and Ali and I were exhausted. I was also kinda emo cos I hadn't seen James in ages and started crying on the platform and stuff. hahahah.

So Ali & I went to bed, but we kept hearing a random knocking, and like opened the door a few times but there was no one there....

In the morning [around 9.30] I awoke to this REALLY loud noise, and was like "hmm.. my phone alarm is strange" and as I was coming to my senses Alice jumped out of bed and screamed "SIA IT'S A FIRE ALARM!" and apparently she's never seen me get out of bed as quick as I did then. I jumped out of bed, and she grabbed me by the wrist and we saw the curtain was orange and we thought that there was a fire so we literally SPRINTED out of the room, without our keys/valuables/clothes. My hair was literally an explosion and i was wearing pjs, whilst other adults in other rooms were much more sensible walking around with their clothes and had taken their bags and stuff. We were REALLY scared, and then the woman of the travelodge said it was someone's TOASTER that had set off the alarm and she opened our door for us and we went back to bed, with the alarm still going off loudly .

At 11.30 we woke up PROPERLY, got everything ready and then bumped into the cleaners in the corridor, who said to us
"Oh, did you hear knocking in room 210 last night? A lady in 212 complained that she could hear lots of knocking"
"Oh yeahhhh, same with us."
And we were talking about it and apparently there was no one staying in 210 :|.
FREAKY!


We then went from Oldham to Manchester Piccadilly and went shopping for 2 hours in Primark to search for things... our sense of style seems to be based on Blair Waldorf at the moment, it's quite bad. We bought like EXACTLY the same outfit.

And then we travelled 2pm-11pm home.

ahhhh.

Good weekend in all :P.

you should have stuck around at Edinburgh for the Royal Tatoo fireworks. I was there last night and it was absolutley spectacular - as ever.
