…it might be that it doesn’t happen right now, that this buyer doesn’t go ahead for whatever reason…or there may just be a delay…?..but it’s giving you all time to to get your thoughts around the change as well if it happens, so that’s also maybe time that can be used for a positive…?…I guess that it’s a difficult time as well to see a property in the hospitality industry/a lot of uncertainty for buyers when that industry has been so devastated through COVID times…

…yeah you’re bound to feel all of those things, that’s just a natural thing with change and the unknown, you know…but it’s also going to open up opportunities and things and people that you haven’t experienced yet…it’ll only add to all of your life experiences and familiarities etc with extra ones…rather than replace them…
