..it will be good in that it's as good as you could do at the time because sometimes we can't get our heads around stuff and we can't force that, so you did what you were able to and to the best that you could...that's all any of us can do and be proud of yourself for doing that and not thinking about whether it could have been better...and I ramble all the time lol...

..hey..you will do your dissertation because you can and you know that you can and I know that you can and because you're doing it because you believed it was right for you...there isn't any part of it that you can't do/don't know but thinking about the whole thing is just too scary, so just think about one bit of it at a time, do that bit/be happy with it and then do the same with the next bit and the next bit etc...and the only reason that you think that it's all just stupid and hard to stay focused is not because any of it is something you can't do, it's just that you're losing a bit of faith in yourself to do it but I believe in you and know you can do it...true story.....
