    ..oh the music and writing though..maybe for you that's an emotion release thing ..for me that's something I do as well..not the songs but just writing things down, poems, thoughts etc...stuff that's in my thoughts and a bit absorbing and once it's written, it releases it.../type thing...if ever you want to and would be ok with it, I'd love to read some small thing you've written..but I know that's hard as well to share these things...I hope that you're feeling a little stronger and more yourself every day.....

    ...hawww, I think you've already proved that you can do it..without uni..you've proved it because you are doing it and you'll succeed because it's what you want to do and are focusing on...but there's no hurry though in that also keep it paced because of health as well and keep that balance ..so don't exhaust yourself because that may not have helped either and this..you going into hospital may just be saying, slow it down a bit because you're important as well...those goals are going nowhere, they're right there and you're going to get to them but you want to be healthy when you do and you want to enjoy them to the fullest because you've earned them and own them.so you're going to slay them....nag, nag, nag...

    ...I think it's just finding your way of releasing stuff Germyle and everyone has a different way and one they understand and feel comfortable with..you know the kind of obvious things like crying/anger etc ..those aren't what everyone does so for some people if they don't feel those things, they can not know what to do/how to do it...we show stress in different ways and we relieve it in different ways..you know that thing were people have a massage around their neck etc and the stress there that is released..?...with lots of people it can be through stomach/food things as well and causing irritation and then obviously it's having a real physical effect either and can cause physical illness/it's all linked, the emotions and the physical...

    ..the headache might also have been because of the release needed as well, I think...so really a good thing that you knew and felt that and just went with it and let it go because once you've done that, those things that you released won't ever come back..maybe new ones will and the build up again, because life etc and the not so good stuff but you've still helped to create a balance...but if your headaches carry on and feelings of nausea et...you go back and talk to your GP, eh...because sometimes medication takes a bit of time to balance out as well and not everything is good for some people but there are always alternatives....

    ..but what's the plan for the rest of your life now....sorry I don't recall, are you at uni/working etc ..and when life resumes for you..(when you're good and ready/fit and well..)...what lovelies does it bring you..?....
