I think after trying different things, you get a feel what doesn't seem realistic and what is worth even trying and how your body would maybe respond to other similar things... and then listening to your gut (with your dr's guidance) for things that are missing helps.

Though ACV is good for a lot of stuff... I also can't say enough good things about Magnesium & Epsom Salts... though I take a lot of supplements as it is. Most are those that my Dr told me to start taking. He is very thorough with checking for deficiencies on annual blood work, so obviously I trust his judgement.

Yeah, I have some friends who have pretty solid Asian cred... my first introductory to Eastern medicine was through an ex a very long time ago. He was heavily into martial arts training, some family-taught, but also people in their local community. He was a Qi Qong practitioner and very skilled... the other is my husband's former co-worker who is a cop now, but he has some various knowledge through family of medicinal cures, little "fixes", etc and other mixed martial arts... his family is very tight knit, all live close to each other, same acreage (he is Vietnamese). They passed several different practices down to him, but he lost rights to pick up the rest when he married outside the family network... anyway, I trust their experience more than I trust someone who just googled something on the 'innernets and are like "I FOUND THE CURE TO CANCER"... it's Apple Cider Vinegar... etc...
