I think after trying different things, you get a feel what doesn't seem realistic and what is worth even trying and how your body would maybe respond to other similar things... and then listening to your gut (with your dr's guidance) for things that are missing helps.

ACV is good for a lot of stuff... I also can't say enough good things about Magnesium & Epsom Salts... though I take a lot of supplements as it is. Most are those that my Dr told me to start taking. He is very thorough with checking for deficiencies on annual blood work, so obviously I trust his judgement.
