anytime It's fine and natural feeling alone or being depressed through different situations - but it's important to remember that it goes away the same way as it comes. You have a very supportive bunch here and I'm sure outside of here as well (and we don't need more than a few) - so hold your head high!

Riley I don't know the ins and outs of your relationship so I don't want to judge but that doesn't sound healthy to me tbh, if he has issues with you having friendships then he needs to deal with those issues instead of imposing them on you and having them affect your happiness, it's not fair on you, and if he loves you then he should seek help to change that. It's quite an extreme level of paranoia so he can't be happy about it himself, and you'll only end up resenting him, so it can't be good for your relationship with him either. It shouldn't need to be a situation where he's 'protecting' you from the world because some people might hurt you, we get hurt and we deal with it/learn from it and grow and it's all just experiences, but not experiencing anything because you might get hurt, I dunno I just think you end up missing out on all the good things too.
