..I think that not being able to sing or play the instrument you have chosen, for a song contest on TiBB sounds like a winning formula..I am definately going to have to log on for this...it probably wasn't the best year for any 'newbie' entries because the standard is high anyway but I have a feeling that this year it's going to be incredible..that doesn't matter though because I'm not in it to win it..last year was the first time I knew it existed and I was amazed at how talented and hilarious everyone's entry was and Shaun puts on just the best show ..he always makes everything special...so I think I'm looking forward to it more than anything else on TiBB..and yeah, I'm definantley going to log on for it now and am so intrigued to hear yours....I just need to get my Lithuanian costume ready for the evening...I've never done that..'I've arrived..' bit before..I think I'll try to join in a bit more....

..oh the one I posted on Dezzy's wall isn't my actual entry..that was just a jokey one I did..mine hasn't an awful lot to do with Lithuania either..but it has a poetic ring to it so I just thought I'd go with that..this is the first time I've entered anything so it's a mixture of excitement and terror..I'm not sure if I'll be able to log on for the actual contest because I'll be too nervous..and everyone else are such pros..hmmm, Kosovo...I think you may have a little dark horse entry there, I'll be really looking forward to seeing it..or are you singing it on a vid..?...

..haha..well your feeling in you face will come back eventually but the main thing is that you know it's still there..I can't imagine what you must have been drinking..but these thing are as necessary as your exams because it's been so intense, it has to be done...

..yeah, I've already submitted my entry..then I had a few cold feet about doing it and thought about telling Shaun I was opting out lol..I chose Lithuania, I have no idea why..but I would have chosen Ireland if I'd known Iceman had left and wasn't doing it..I wrote one for Ireland anyway and posted it on Dezzy's wall...what country are you representing..?...

..oh, you've finished..phew, well done James..!!!!...aww, but you had to go out after the intensity of it all..it had to be done James...it's more important that you did that and just suffer the pain afterwards...make sure you drink lots (non alcohol) to rehydrate yourself..were there some good parties then..?...

..stop jumping on their bandwagon..theirs is a cause..a whole generation of seals are being forgotten..and I can't let that happen..not on my watch, no sir...you're just plain lazy, James...

haha, I love those vids, there's a whole thread of them somewhere..I'll try to find it sometimes and see if I can find more..I don't know James, those seals don't have the same values these days and are happy to lazily sponge of the government..I remember a time when they took so much pride in what they were...just another sad statistic of this recession...maybe a few self-confidence classes would do the trick..I'll write my letter to David Cameron about it this evening...we must try to motivate those poor seals to believe in themselves more....
