It actually follows the books pretty much spot on apart from a couple of things here and there.
And yeah they are huge, when I first started reading them I was thinking **** I am never going to remember all these characters and stuff but you get used to it, I still get mixed up with some of them though
Don't google anything about the books that you havent already read or watched because theres mega spoilers on the internet, ruined a few big things for myself doing that. -
