Exactly, it mostly spans from an interview he did once and the interviewer jokingly said "so who are you supporting this world cup?, scotland?" and they hadn't qualified so he said "any one that isn't england" and then people went crazy. Yeah I go for the Ballot thing every year, been 3 times but not been lucky for the last couple of years I love it so much though, best place in the world
