He gets away with effing murder! in the nasty noms task he had a pretty good idea that Josie would gunge him, so, in direct violation of the rules, he turned around to face her and intimidate her into choosing a different HM! :conf:

She would have, and was going to, but he broke the rules, AGAIN with impunity, by turning round to face her, thus causing her to give her usual fake giggle and choose another "victim"
