I know there is some random, silly and weird laws across the world. What is the funniest/stangest one you have heard of?


In England, eating mice pies on Christmas Day is illegal.
Oliver Cromwell banned Christmas pudding, mince pies and anything to do with gluttony. That law has never been rescinded so mince pies are illegal.

In Hong Kong, a betrayed wife is legally allowed to kill her adulterous husband, but may only do so with her bare hands. (The husband’s lover, on the other hand, may be killed in any manner desired. COOL)

In Willowdale, Oregon, while engaging in sexual intercourse with a woman, it is illegal for a man to curse.

All those ones making nature against the law. Tee hee hee.

In Cali, Colombia, a woman may only have sex with her husband, and the first time this happens her mother must be in the room to witness the act. (I shudder at the thought. How many of us would be virgins today?)

In Switzerland, it use to be illegal to slam a car door.

I think there's one where it's legal to kill a Scotsman with a bow & arrow in York

In Bahrain, a male doctor may legally examine a woman’s genitals but is forbidden from looking directly at them during the examination; he may only see their reflection in a mirror.

Due to lack of pants, Donald Duck cartoons were banned in Finland.

If you slurp soup in public in New Jersey then you can be arrested

In Lebanon, men are legally allowed to have sex with animals, but the animals must be female. Having sexual relations with a male animal is punishable by death.

Wtf how is gay bestiality worse than straight bestiality. O_o

Wearing a fake mustache in a church that causes laughter is not allowed in Alabama
