I'm on the fence but lately I am wondering if she is.

She is just spoilt and nasty..... Maybe when she watches herself she will see how vile and nasty she is and get some help.

I think she is a bully of sorts.
She's a real instigator of bad feeling and hate and she knows how to spread that hate really well.
I used to think that perhaps she didn't realize she was doing it but having seen her do it so much now and with such vitriol and venom i'm sure she must know she's doing it.

It really does seem like she's trying to influence others in that little group to feel the same about people she doesn't like.

She's a poor man's Grace, whether you consider that a bully or not.

Pretty much. I wouldn't put Caroline on the same level as a bully. Bullies are usually people with some sort of insecurity they overcompensate for by lashing out at another person with malice. Look at Conor, who for all his bravado, is very obviously aware that he's surrounded by a lot of people who are both book smarter and common sense smarter than he is.

Caroline doesn't have that much emotional involvement with her "victims" - she doesn't view them as people, but rather as objects there to serve whatever purpose she needs.

Shes a bitch but doesnt go out her way to single any of them out, so I wouldnt say she was a bully no.

This is the text book definition of Caroline
She is highly insecure and was bullied as a child (or so she says) and so now her learned behaviour to defended herself is to bully others. And she is absolutly being malicious towards those she looks down upon.
Mainly, I think, she is just so very immature. She has the personality of the 11- 13 year old girls that form cliques.

Bitching is hormonal.

No, I wouldn't label her a bully. She's a very nasty person however.
