What type of exercise do you do/prefer?

What do you do to keep your fitness levels up?

Josy 05-09-2013 02:45 PM

I walk/run a lot and do fitness dvd's.

I used to go to the gym and do classes too, I loved body jam but there's none near me anymore :(

That kettle bell thing sounds great for your core and your back, might give that a go soon :)

there is a gym option, or exercising at home :pipe:

Chuck 05-09-2013 02:58 PM

Well, I'm the laziest guy I know so there isn't really an exercise that I prefer but I go to the gym regularly because if I didn't I would have Dexter's kind of body and that's just gross.

Been building back up to what I use to do. Once I get back to how I was it'll be a mixture of...

Weights
Bull worker.
Sit ups.
Squats.
Doing this, whatever it's called: http://www.healthline.com/hlcmsresou...tricep-dip.jpg
Bicycle crunches and some other ab exercises.
Been running on the spot like a twat whilst waiting for my bath to run of late also.

michael21 05-09-2013 03:06 PM

It is technically an exercise though.

Kazanne 05-09-2013 03:36 PM

I do Zumba a lot and like swimming and walking and jogging,I do cheat with the jogging sometimes as I use the treadmill and watch TV,lol

Ryan57 07-10-2013 09:25 AM

On Friday I did some normal squats, frog jumps (yeah, I'm serious), jumping lunges, chair push ups and dips... two days on my thighs hurt a little and my right bum cheek is still aching.

Honestly feel like I've had my back doors smashed in.

:joker:

Sophiee 07-10-2013 12:10 PM

walking mostly, sometimes do a bit of jogging/running if I can be bothered.

smudgie 07-10-2013 12:37 PM

Remote control option for me.

Does watching the rest of the family get ready for gym swimming, bike rides etc count?
