A criminal record tends to make you have issues getting a visa..I distinctly remember last time I went to florida my dad wasnt sure if I would be able to go or not but it turned out I could as my offense wasnt 'serious' or violent.

Ahh come on, they'll fit right in with the likes of Rihanna, Chris Brown, Jay Z, Robert Downey Jr, Shia LeBeuf (was reading about him getting into a bar brawl just the other week, lulz) and countless other singers and celebrities.

The Visa issues will be down to the cannabis possession charge, I assumed that as soon as it was mentioned on the show. The US are very strict on Visas when there have been drug related charges. If they do well and become famous, those Visa issues will magically melt away. That's how these things work, dontchaknow.

I don't understand why so many people are still into these reality singing shows. the only decent thing to ever come out of them was Kelly Clarkson, everyone else has been ****E.
