So my guess is, the housemates have to decide who leaves and who stays from the couple with the most public votes.

I've wanted this to happen again for years now, we'd just have to hope they vote the right way and send the dullest one home.

If they do a house vote though they'd have to vote in pairs (the five pairs that survived the eviction) otherwise you'd have ten voters and then you can't resolve a tie.

If its vte and double they should just cancel channel 5 tbh
