RAUNCHY Abi Titmuss has SCARED OFF her ex-lover John Leslie from the I'm A Celebrity line-up after being signed up for a whopping £150,000.
Producers hoped that reuniting the notorious pair would make next month's rumble in the jungle the biggest ever.
Sexy Abi has even pledged to strip off to spice up the show.
But disgraced former TV host Leslie, 41, has pulled out at the last minute after hearing that old flame Abi is to be the star of the reality show.
ATV insider told The People: "John couldn't handle the intensity of being stranded in the jungle with Abi after everything that's happened between them.
"For him, doing the show was meant to be a fresh start. But with Abi there, he felt it would be like stepping backwards."
Abi, 30, stood by the former This Morning and Blue Peter presenter through his successful court battle to clear his name of rape allegations three years ago.
But the couple became notorious after their four-in-a-bed romps and homemade porn videos were made public.
The insider added: "Viewers would still think of them as a couple but John wants to do something without her."
Former nurse Abi has gone on a crash diet after signing her I'm A Celeb deal last week. And Abi, who recently split with ex-Manchester United and England soccer ace Lee Sharpe, has told pals that she fancies cheeky presenter Declan Donnelly.
Our insider revealed: "Abi thinks Dec is really cute. She's had her eye on him for a while and thinks that this could be her chance.
"Abi will probably make her move at the aftershow party which is usually a real booze-up.
And she's promised that she'll sex up this year's showafter last year's let-down when nobody stripped off or got saucy."
Abi, who hopes her appearance will boost her flagging glamour career, fell for footballer Sharpe when they were in ITV's first series of Celebrity Love Island.
I'm A Celebrity producers are hoping the notorious babe will give a repeat performance with another hunk in the Aussie jungle.
