Controversial opinion

Watching CBB15 again, I find the first few days, if you take away the whole racism and liking bottoms he was a rather funny housemate, obviously he was overshadowed, I think that was really ****ty, but he was a decent housemate.

Marsh. 23-08-2015 02:44 AM

He is ****ing HOT!

Mystic Mock 23-08-2015 02:45 AM

I liked a lot of the ones that went early in this series, especially Alicia, Ken, and Jeremy.

Ken was messy af.

Tbh I think that there was quite a bit of ageism going on with Ken. Yeah he was vile, but if Callum had said half the stuff he came out with about the women, they'd have been giggling and shrieking with a fluttering of eyelashes.

There'd have been wide-ons across the forum.

My bussy was quivering as it was.

Mystic Mock 23-08-2015 02:47 AM

But Calum's good looking so he can say whatever he likes, didn't you know that?

Mitchell 23-08-2015 02:49 AM

"Cami who wrote **** off on your back." :joker:

I liked him but I did feel he went too far. Nadia was a total and utter **** to him though, she reacted so stupidly to his comments.

Morley :worship:

I dunno, I think he was just a vulgar person to be honest.

I get the arguments about ageism, but he also did other things (eg: telling Chloe to not make a deal out of Jeremy groping her because he was Jewish?!) to warrant plain dislike.

I mean, it's kinda hard to take away the whole racism thing because that was such a huge part of his entire stay in the house. It's kinda like saying that Conor was alright if you ignore his relationship with Gina, ya know?

Yes he was a Wind Up
being himself

saying "sexy knickers "
to that Fat Ass Loose Woman
who then shouted out "Call The Police"

Ken you Devil

What did he actually do besides behave erratically (like talking to himself countless times) and spouting sexist and racist comments on national TV? I still don't get how he generated support during that first eviction which meant he was probably going to stay over Chloe.

oh okay just completely ignore the racism that affected most of his time in the house

Hitler was a pretty chill dude if you forget about the whole Holocaust thing

Daniel. 23-08-2015 11:36 AM

Nah just a racist sexist mug

Jason. 23-08-2015 11:39 AM

Ken was awful, but I do agree that if Calum had said those things, it would just be seen as banter and it would be taken less seriously by all the females in the house, cause you know...it's Calum Best.

MB. 23-08-2015 11:41 AM

Yes I'm sure Calum taking Chloe aside to tell her she can't do anything about Jeremy because the Jews run showbusiness would have been seen as totally lighthearted banter

yep I agree, also that whole old school boys club attitude he had left a bad taste in my mouth, it's proper sexism and comments like the thing about Chloe letting Jeremy have a feel because he's a Jewish producer were so slimey and disgusting and would not have been even close to being acceptable no matter who said it even if it was Calum Best
