Winston's use of 'Deaf and Dumb' in his speech....
 

I was seething. Not only is he a rampant homophobe but he's shown himself to be disablist too.

It just makes me angry and sad that people still use phrases like that.

An outdated term, like most of his views are.

His speech was like any politicians speech making excuses for their behaviour, drumming up fairy tales to get people support etc. It clearly didn't work as 13 housemates shafted him.

Not surprised from him. His language and overall attitude is repulsive.

I am beginning to think Winston came out of the ark.
Who on earth in this day and age says deaf and dumb?
Common usage years ago, but then so was burning witches at the stake.
