How many meals do you eat per day?
We're all encouraged to eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but do you personally do this every day? Or are you alright to skip a meal and make it up through a big lunch/whatever or snack throughout the day, etc.?

I don't like to go overboard with the eating. |
When i'm at work its just Breakfast, lunch and dinner.. if i'm at home for the day then my eating routine is all over the place

Usually lunch and dinner on weekdays but I have breakfast on weekends

Just the two usually. Never wake up in time for breakfast unless it's a work day in which case I'm in a rush and just have a cup of tea.

3,Breakfast, then Lunch anytime between 12.30 and 2.30,then Dinner at night.

Four usually. Breakfast around seven. Lunch half past 12. Dinner at half five. And there's usually a snack in there somewhere :)

Normally 3 with some little snacks in between like a piece of fruit, yogurt etc
Don't know how anyone can skip breakfast. I would actually be able to take a bite out of someone's arm if I never ate breakfast :idc: |
My mum used to say only fat people don't eat breakfast :eek:
