Emma wants more documentaries, and BB 'for a little while'
In an interview with the Daily Star, the in-demand TV presenter has dismissed rumours that she is quitting in the lead up to the forthcoming series. But it sounds as though the end may be in sight in the not-so-distant future.
The 40-year-old presenter chose to discuss her other TV ventures more than the long-running observational reality show, previously hosted by Davina McCall. When asked about her various projects – which include brand new series What Would Be Your Miracle? and singing competition The Voice UK - Willis referenced Big Brother last, saying: "My ambition is just to keep on going. I’d like to do more documentaries like What Would Be Your Miracle? and I’d like to carry on doing The Voice, if they’ll have me. "I'm going to carry on with Big Brother… for a little while anyway." No way is she 40

Tbf BB probably isn't going to be around for that much longer anyway.

CBB will be on until at least 2018 for sure. BB... time will tell. |
40?! How is that possible? Her face moves and everything, so what is this sorcery?
|
Like anyone in her kind of job she probably doesn't want to be stuck doing the same thing forever, and outside of forums she doesn't really get that much attention for presenting BB, so it'd probably be a good career move to go onto doing other things. And BB is kind of seen as 'trashy' TV so it wouldn't surprise me if she's not keen on being associated with it, now she's in demand.

40?
Sack ha |
Hopefully it ends when she leaves cause we all know it'll be Rylan taking over

i.e. Until the end of her contract. :hee:

I like Emma but I won't really care if she quits unless (VOM) Rylan is her replacement
|
Maybe Davina would come back considering CBB is doing quite well and most of her shows nowadays are flops?

It's clear that Emma's enthusiasm for the show has died over the years since she became host (I think the crowd and the Ashleigh-being-stripped-of-PowerHM-gate has triggered it). It's sad to watch BB14's live shows and compare them to the current days because of how drastically different they are. Hopefully the changes to the set will revive some interest in the show in general.
It's disappointing that Emma is airing her hesitation towards BB in public though, shouldn't this be kept private for a bit. :conf2: |

It was axed before BB10 finished airing. Its saving grace was channel 5. If you think there's a third channel who would be interested once channel 5 is done then that's funny. |
