USA: Tensions High After Police Shoot Black Man

He had a Gun in his pocket
stupid to fight cops with a gun in his pocket

http://news.sky.com/story/tensions-h...k-man-10485313

Of course,
it does not help that 2 videos
are not complete

But In the USA
if you are pulled over
inform the officers you have a gun in your pocket
and can they remove it first,
than they have no right to shoot you.

Ammi 07-07-2016 05:35 AM

...they had him pinned down, the gun was in his pocket, he was no threat to them when they opened fire..?...

I could have pulled his Gun Out or shot through his jeans.

If you are being Arrested
you must Inform the Cops
you have gun & in which
pocket--- they then remove slowly

Ammi 07-07-2016 05:49 AM

...pulled over turned into arrested and arrested turned into shot dead, while his weapon wasn't taken from his pocket..well that escalated quickly...

Ammi 07-07-2016 05:50 AM

..so it's a country that allows the carrying of weapons in it's laws but you'll get shot dead for carrying them, then..?..

If you watch the 9 minute video he did inform the officer he has a licensed gun. The lower income portion of the black peoples experience this daily if you don't count the reported ones but hey doesn't matter. We're just playing the race card. Never heard of a white man being killed for just reaching his pocket. White man grabs a cops gun and he survived. A white man follows a Muslim woman with a big rifle and survived, black man reached back pocket, dies

Well if you're black yes. If you're white you can laugh about it and get some patience from the cop.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 07-07-2016 06:03 AM

My ducking gosh just realised the original post had a completely different case  ducking cops. And people had a problem with Jesse Williams speech. Like can they breathe before you kill!

Ammi 07-07-2016 06:06 AM

...so no video for this one, CeeCee..?...

No you can carry a Gun so long as you are Legal
But if a Police stop you
Inform them first you have a gun.
And that you want them to remove from your pocket

Thats Common sense out there

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 07-07-2016 06:07 AM

This is the one I was referring to https://twitter.com/zucoiade/status/750926803737337857

Where does it say Mr Sterling was fighting? He asked what did I do?

If you watch the video of this second case the passenger said he has a gun but got shot anyway his girlfriend said in the aftermath. His girlfriend recorded as the police told her to keep her hands on the wheel. Twitter link

No there are Black Security workers
that have a legal gun.

But if anyone is stopped
inform the Cops you have a gun.

Yes CNN USA showed both videos.

Because there is the outside video
those cops are not at work.

..I guess that during being pinned down etc and everything that is going on at the time and in the moment, you probably expect to be given the chance to say 'I have a gun in my pocket sir' before you're shot and killed as well.../that seems reasonable and 'using a reasonable force' does it not....

You Can Not show Another Case.
Nothing to do with this

Feck Sake

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 07-07-2016 06:16 AM

This reads like post Brexit racism. When you kept telling people there's still racism " race card. I got black friends. So much diversity on bbc. Stop whinging" now all the leeches are coming out in full force and they're taking notice. Don't expect a clap because you're talking about it now. It's the same with black lives matter. It will take 100 years before people give a rats behind about where this stems from. From Malcom X talking about it, to Rodney King, to Eric Garner not sure what it will take for people to give a ****.

Well it just proves the point you're trying to enforce here is irrelevant. If you tell the officer that you have a gun you still get shot.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 07-07-2016 06:19 AM

Now let's wait for the back lash against the black guy. But he talked. His gf is ghetto. He moved. All hail the cops for getting rid of more n---- like it was first intended when the badges were named n----- patrol

Ammi 07-07-2016 06:20 AM

...so CeeCee posting the other situation is very relevant, Arista...and I don't care whether someone has a gun in their pocket or wherever the heck that they have it because they were pinned down according to the article/report, so they were essentially able to be disarmed from that gun which is the role of a police officer, to uphold the law without loss of life wherever possible...

But Not In a Court of Law

I just can't do it anymore. It's too much **** in this world.

But this isn't the court of law. And the court of law does get it wrong many times. Many people have been wrongly convicted.

Ithinkiloveyoutoo 07-07-2016 06:38 AM

Black people are protesting and nobody gives a ****. They didn't even give a **** for the Charleston 9 I doubt this protest will mean much to them. It's just black people whinging. Maybe if the guy was gay the black gays could reach to their white gays to give a **** and start a protest which would eventually lead to a change of building colors.
