Is Saira being ganged up on?

Me thinks she's being bullied and that scum Bear is the ringleader

Black Dagger 31-07-2016 08:39 PM

Yes. Get scummy Bear out.

Wizard. 31-07-2016 08:39 PM

They don't need her to make themselves look bad!

Jordan. 31-07-2016 08:39 PM

The female Andy targetted for being intelligent?

Headie 31-07-2016 08:40 PM

Daniel-X 31-07-2016 08:41 PM

NO:nono:

hijaxers 31-07-2016 08:42 PM

No not really - don't send out invites and then not like your guests !

jaxie 31-07-2016 08:43 PM

There is no way that anyone but Saira was being aggressive and ridiculous in that scene and anyone who thinks she is being bullied is not watching the same show I am. She is an absolute idiot.

She totally invited that conversation then wouldn't listen to anyone else.

EspeonBB 31-07-2016 08:44 PM

Saira is kind of a mess but I feel like Bear and Heavy D were overly aggressive (plus it was 2 vs. 1 so it did feel like ganging up)

delta 31-07-2016 08:45 PM

Like fcuk she is, she is playing the victim she's an annoying, passive aggressive, belligerent in your face, she turned everything around in that conversation to try and make the rest of them look bad

I have never liked her from the apprentice, don't like her with the money guy. she doesn't know how to talk to people. Her delivery is staccato and all wrong.

zakman440 31-07-2016 08:45 PM

Seems like Andy from the civilian series was right - the less intelligent ones are feeling patronised by intelligent Saira.

Ross. 31-07-2016 08:46 PM

Yeah that whole thing in the kitchen just felt like they were ganging up on her

OK did you not watch Bear literally stalk her around the kitchen when she wanted to leave the kitchen? And see 4 people shout at her at the same time? I honestly give up

Vicky. 31-07-2016 08:48 PM

No..she seems to be a master of playing the victim though

It was a conversation- she played the victim, quite easy to turn the water works on, all of them were trying to help in saying that it's her delivery, the way she says things and they are BANG on right,

she has a lousy personable approach, she doesn't know how to talk to people, when people are telling you for your own good, and different people have come up with the same thing of their own accord then it's time to take a look at yourself.

She needs to change!!!

Yup..she kinda turned a perfectly innocent situation into a massive deal. Then to accuse Heavy D of being aggressive when he was simply pulling her up on an insulting/patronizing comment SHE made about him? **** off love.

The debate started with Heavy D. Bear complained about her asking him if he had ever hit anyone earlier.

Nothing other than that happened.

To call this bullying is a ****ing disgrace on your part. Why does every viewer of this show seem to look for a chance to cry "BULLY" at something? Do you think it makes you look like a good person? It makes you look like someone desperate to draw attention to yourself and what a nice person you think you are.

I've no doubt she was upset. She was upset because she was correctly told she had a patronising manner. Which she does and the HMs are within their right to say that about her. And only 2 of them said it.

Yet somehow this is "bullying"?

Bollocks. The truth is some people in forums want to make out it's bullying so you can all look like you're standing up against it. You'll turn anything into bullying just so you can stand up to it. It's ****ing despicable.

What do you mean by genuine? I saw nothing genuine in the diary room tbh.

bitontheslide 31-07-2016 08:53 PM

i think she is an iconic queen of setting herself up to be the victim

reece(: 31-07-2016 08:53 PM
