I wasn't originally gonna do this because I didn't think I'll have the time, but I might as well go for it and see if I can keep up with it. Hopefully everyone's familiar with how it works by now!

Basically you want to choose somebody who's reasonably safe for the near future, but not a real risk to make the end/win. Sound simple enough?
