Ryan gets worse and worse

Quote:

X Factor's Ryan Lawrie may have been saved by the lifeline vote three weeks on the trot, but it's fair to say he has a lot of doubters out there.

Sunday was more heated than usual, as he was saved ahead of Gifty Louise. Gifty ended up being controversially eliminated after a sing-off with Four of Diamonds.

And Ryan ended up getting into somewhat of a Twitter spat with Michelle Heaton, formerly of Liberty X, after she criticised the contestant on Sunday.

"The Ryan dude from X Factor," she originally wrote. "Who is voting for him?? Come on, seriously."

Ryan responded to the comment after the results show finished, poking fun at the fact that he has more of a social media following than her.

"Got a bigger fanbase than you, babe," he wrote.

Michelle, of course, gave a reply:

"Omg I'm dying," she said. "This kid even responded to me!

"I'm honoured @RyanLawrie_ you saw my tweet.. Think your response confirmed my pre-judgement."

Ryan ended up backtracking a little, calling the exchange "friendly fun".

"People take things out of context!" he said. "I respect everyone, but if someone doesn't speak nicely of me, I couldn't give a ****."

Ryan has been a little outspoken recently, defending himself on Sunday after finding himself in the bottom three again.

"I am a loving and genuine boy," he said. "I wish the best for everyone. I Just wish people would understand that I'm just doing what I love."

A nasty nasty boy attacking the queen herself Miss. Heaton :(

When he's released a bop like Just A Little he can go for Michelle otherwise he can **** off back to obscurity. Prick.

Ryan is just jealous he will never get a career, he won;t even make top 150 on itunes.

there was already a thread but here for more outrage

I understand why Ryan feels the need to defend himself but tbf she didn't even tag him in the tweet and she's entitled to her opinion.

Well he performed pretty good on Saturday in my opinion, he wasn't in the bottom 2.
She started the sort of unpleasantness,so I see no reason why he should just hold back after she did.

Perhaps Michelle would have done better to take some account of Gifty's attitude after being voted off.
He in the end stayed easily by the X Factor rules, she was booted off by the same rules.

i think people who have been on tv like to look themselves up on twitter to see whats been said about them, I have been blocked by some bbusa housemates when I didn't @ them lmao and I was blocked by Luke A from bb13uk and i didn't @ him.

how is her tweet unpleasant? they all put themselves in a competition to be judged by the public that's what she's doing (quite politely tbh)

It's his own problem then really if he can't handle the negativity. It is always gonna happen on any show so he should probs stick to just tweeting his fans etc and avoid searching himself (I would do it myself...I just wouldn't block/respond to people unless necessary).

Getting a bit big for his booties thinking he can take on Michelle Heaton

Cherie 02-11-2016 07:00 AM

He might have replied in the heat of the moment, maybe after a drink, what he said wasn't that bad, he is as entitled to comment on her as she is on him, he needs to zip it and ignore stuff like this though

Well it isn't that pleasant of someone to ask who is voting for a particular act and then indicating that is wrong with a come one .. seriously quote.
It is not exactly being pleasant about him is is.

Sad that she missed the fact that probably far less were voting for Gifty.

Also even with the lifeline vote, it appears Gifty still could not attract the public and Ryan could.
I felt she was unnecessarily unpleasant, she could have just said it was wrong Gift was voted out in her view, and maybe even just attacked the lifeline vote, rather than make it more personal towards another contestant.

For instance I voted for him in the lifeline voting, so she was actually getting at those voting for him too.
That also is hardly pleasant.
Of course she is entitled to her view but if she goes on any kind of negativity towards another she should expect some negativity back.
