so, Paul Danan is basically insane, right? His story about his fake gun in Compton was just odd. He said that you've got to play one character - yourself. If this is the real Danan, then it's probably fortunate that he already called a bunch of kids "motherf---kers" at panto because after his character-play on BB is over, it really looks like he's heading to his mum's basement, in which he will sell weed and practice DJ-ing

The panto moment was about 10 years ago, can remember it being on the news. This show will do wonders for his career now, he's not going to come out loved (it seems) but he has dominated every highlights show so far and that doesn't seem to be changing, all you have to do is google his name and click on the news section and there are dozens of articles about him every single day, any remaining media interested in this show will be wanting him for interviews and press afterwards, which wasn't the case before he went in.

The fake gun story wasn't weird either really, was pretty funny.

I discern an air of disagreement, although a bit vague. Are these dozens of articles remarking on what a weirdo he is? The Compton story seemed to imply that he was there for drugs and/or prostitution. OK, it's a good story, but I can't see him doing children's TV in his apparently bright future. I still see him wanking to porn in his mum's basement, but time will tell...and he must be about 50!

I've known a couple of guys just like Paul through the years. I'm sure others on here have. The exact same cokehead mannerisms and body language. The compulsive lying.

Yep, know plenty of them and the drugs have basically addled their brains.

He quite obviously on benzos in the house too. It's the only explanation for him claiming he doesn't drink and slurring his words at night.

Brilliant housemate, even if he's not always likable. Reminds me a bit of James Jordan. Who could be such an ass, but he did a lot on the show.

What has Paul done ever since LI/the soap he was on? It was long time ago...

He's funny in a kind of slapstick clumsy kind of way.I can see why he's nicknamed 'Dangerous Danan'.He's a liability
