This has been talked about and rumoured for years and I'm surprised they're doing it, are they finally looking to the (old) success of CBB in the UK or do CBS just have a sparse winter line-up of shows?

"Celebrities will be under the watchful eye of the Big Brother cameras, facing the classic game elements, and of course new twists in this special winter event."

Maybe some of The View, since they have minor experience with it? (I think they usually have some sort of segment where the hosts stay in the BBUS house for a few days before BBUS)

I'm guessing there'll be a cash prize for charity at the end or else what exactly is the motivation to try and win?

I wonder how long it'll last since they'll have a lot to cram in with less time to do it, six weeks would be good?
