What does Shane J want from Ann?
 

I'm just puzzled as to exactly what Shane J wants from Ann?

He doesn't agree with her views, fair enough, most of us don't but she's not going to change them because Shane J says so why does he have to keep going on and on and on.

And why is he now bringing up her views on every subject going?

The only answer I can come up with is that it's an attempt to win. There's no other explanation.

Because, just like it's her right to have those views, it's his right to oppose them.

But it’s not right to bully!

So what does he want to happen?

Shane j doesn’t want anything from Ann other than his own selfish divisive narrative

I think Courtney is calculating. He's singing the song over 20 years after the need for the anthem passed. But whatever, he's obviously been trying to set up Ann to be a bullying victim, but Ann chooses her friends wisely.

I'd imagine to change her mind...

"Look at me everybody, I'm pulling Ann up on her opinions, because they're not the same as what I think. I'm a good person and she's bad, please like me everybody"

"By the way, did I tell you I was gay?"

What do you mean oppose them? Talk about them all day?

She knows he opposes her views, everyone in the house knows, everyone watching knows.

Why keep repeating, repeating, repeating?

Shane wants to admit that she is 'wrong', and that to confess all her sins, and a public flogging.

I didn't know Shane J/Courtney before going into BB but from what I've seen since he's been in the house it seems like he may do alot of work for the LGBT community? If that's the case and it's clearly his passion then I can imagine he likes to have these discussions and "educate" people. Clearly Ann isn't interested in discussing her views however I can see how that's frustrating when she's constantly "disapproving" of things that Shane may view as being homophobic, I think both of them are at fault in some ways

Because like how she is free to express her views as much as she chooses to, he can express his views as much as he wants as well.

We're all free to do a lot of things these days, doesn't mean we do them 24/7 to the detriment of everyone around us.

What does Ann want every time she shares an opinion? Why aren't you asking for justification for her every view?

It's silly, that's why. Their views are their views, if you have a problem with what he is saying then speak up, it's your right to have an opinion on his views just as much as it is the opposite way.

We see about 45minutes of highlights a day, i doubt he's doing nothing but challenging Anns opinions all day long, also he's on a TV show locked in a house with these people with frankly not much else besides talking to do so it's hardly a fair comparison to what people in everyday life may or may not do

Ann has only EVER shared an opinion in there when someone asked her so she quite obviously doesn't want anything except to be polite and answer questions.

Simple.

Not when that speech is repetitive and as boring as hell nope.

Well, that says it all really. Freedom of speech is only acceptable when you deem it so.

We may only see 45 minutes a day but let's just recap on last night's show or the show before that?

Shane J spoke about Ann to Malika, Shane J spoke about Ann to Wayne, Shane J spoke about Ann to Ashley, Shane J spoke about Ann to Amanda, Shane J spoke about Ann to BB. Shane J spoke about Ann to Ann.

Do you speak to every single person you meet in a day about the same thing? I know I don't, I'd bore myself silly. Rather say nothing at all than the same thing to everyone I meet in a day.

Then again, maybe that's just me.

No of course not but then I don't spend weeks on end locked in a house with a bunch of strangers and no access to the outside world/TV/internet/phones either :laugh:

To be fair it's literally been like one or two highlights than Shane has raised issue with Ann's views - it was always Andrew
He even thanked her last night for always being respectful when taking about her views and she seemed to agree, so I don't think he wants anything from her other than her point of view
