How do you spend your Sunday?

How do you spend your Sunday? It's my fav day of the week probably because I spend half of it in bed. This is my day.

I get up and put the dinner on to slow cook and hubs feeds the cats and unlocks the cat flap then I like to go back to bed and spend part of the morning reading in bed, usually surrounded by cats as some of them prefer bed with me to the garden in the cold! I'll watch Sunday Politics in bed too.

When I finally decide to get up, usually around noonish I have a nice hot shower, wash my hair and get dressed.

We have Sunday lunch about 2pm and usually watch a movie or a series we need to catch up on after.

Then it's clearing up, followed by a nap if I'm lucky!

Sunday evening is getting ready for Monday, making sure everyone has clean clothes and a packed lunch.

What about you?

go back to bed to binge watch.
go to sleep.

Normally wake up hungover, couple of cups of coffee with Andrew Marr and read the paper, cook a big fry up mid morning then watch sport in the afternoon before heading to the pub for a few pints before tea

That's in the winter, in the summer cricket takes over Sundays

Varies depending on whether we are going out, but generally includes football and walking the dog

Wake up, go to church if I feel like it, have lunch, binge watch BB, do some coursework, have dinner, continue doing coursework, sleep.

Usually spend it in work but I’m ill :(

smudgie 11-02-2018 01:37 PM

Very similar to the other days of the week.
Breakfast in bed with Marr, ablutions whilst listening to Nicky Campbell, then sit in my comfy chair and mooch online while I listen to the politics .
Chock full of cold at the minute with a pesky earache so I won’t be venturing from my boudoir today.
Country file, news , Endeavour and Peston will be this evenings telly.

Have some breakfast, go to work at 12, spend the whole afternoon and early evening at work until 7pm, then go home and have a few beers probably and watch telly. I didn't have any beers last night mind as I was hungover and ill.

I always lay in bed for ages after I've woke up just because I can, I usually play on my phone till I decide to get up, I prefer to have pyjama days on Sundays but its not always possible.

I love Sunday's...footie season...early kick off..my boys play and my husband manages the team. Great bunch of lads and usually win..so it's down the pub for a couple of drinks then home for dinner discussing the game. I love it...sometimes I work Sunday's and that frustrates me.
In the summer it's normally a 'chill' day and a bbq..weather permitting.

JerseyWins 15-02-2018 02:24 AM

Used to be watch NFL football from afternoon to night and just chill on my couch like all day (unless the occasional week where I go to a friend's house or a bar etc. to watch the games).

Now that the NFL season is over since last week it's just.. do whatever. I'll mostly still use it as a day to relax and not do much though. :joker:
