What’s your favourite book in the Maze Runner series?

I’m asking this question to members who have read The Maze Runner series.

I didn’t include “The Maze Runner Files” as it is an e-book, it’s only 50 pages Long, and it’s not an actual book...

Personally,
The Maze Runner
The Death Cure
The Fever Code
The Kill Order
The Scorch Trials
In order from best to worst.

The Maze Runner is the original and the best, no other book from the series can beat it.

The Death Cure comes close at second place because of its gripping plot, character development, plot twists and an understandable ending to the original trilogy.

The Fever Code is third because it really is a tell-all book, clearly explaining a lot that you needed to know about the trilogy, which was previously unknown.

The Kill Order is fourth, though its characters are good, its backcover summary is kind of like clickbait to the whole story itself, and I was a bit disappointed it didn’t deliver what it promised...

The Scorch Trials is last because it’s generally pretty flat and boring, its a huge disappointment especially since its predecessor was a masterpiece. Though the addition of Brenda and her impact through the rest of the series boosts its successors overall...
