BB2: Brian (though I don’t like him.)
BB3: Alex
BB4: Lisa
BB5: Nadia
BB6: Makosi
BB7: Nikki
BB8: Charley
BB9: Rachel?
BB10: Bea
BB11: Corin
BB12: Aaron
BB13: Deana (though I think she’s overrated...)
BB14: Gina
BB15: Helen
BB16: Marc?
BB17: Jayne?
BB18: Isabelle

Does it have to be purely for positive reasons or can it be for negative reasons too?

If it's purely for positive then I'd say.

BB2 - Brian (as he is quite loved by the public)
BB3 - Jade (the first name that is mentioned from the year even though she wasn't my personal favourite)
BB5 - Victor
BB6 - Makosi
BB7 - Lea and Richard (they seemed to be quite a popular double act that was hard to evict and seemed to share a dual fanbase)
BB8 - Charley
BB9 - Rex
BB10 - Freddie
BB11 - Ben
BB12 - Aaron
BB13 - Deana
BB14 - Gina
BB15 - Christopher (probably the only Housemate in the year that didn't drive everybody up the wall)
BB16 - I honestly don't think that there was anyone in this year that stoodout much that went far anyway, Jack was probably the best of a bad bunch so I'll say him.
BB17 - Hughie
BB18 - Raph (he brought good publicity to the show I feel)

Dont know about in general so I'll d my personal taste

BB3 - Alex - Wouldn't have had anyone to get behind and support all the way
BB5 - Nadia - She's one of my all time favourites and I cant imagine it without her, also would have taken away my favourite Big Brother moment
BB6 - Makosi - Would still be good but not as good and some of the best moments are gone
BB7 - Nikki - To the extent I probably wouldn't be a BB7 fan without her
BB8 - Charley - Would probably be one of my worst if she wasn't there
BB9 - Rex - The only interesting one who created drama at the same time
BB10 - Bea - I know she was there for five weeks but for me she is what makes BB10 one of the best - I find the weeks with her there one of the best parts of Big Brother
BB13 - Deana - Would be one of the worst ever without her
BB14 - Gina - Not a massive fan of anyone but she made me laugh
BB15 - Ashleigh - Would be unwatchable without her
BB17 - Jayne - Not a massive fan but like Gina, provided me with laughter
BB18 - Isabelle - Gave me someone to support with passion for the first time in years

Both positive and negative...

for BB18, I know it may not seem that obvious but my answer is Sue. Because if she had never gone in, people would still say that she was robbed and the show would have been better if she had been voted in over Tom etc. - just like from Launch Night to Day 25.

BB1- Nasty Nick- Dead Wife, Manipulation and Scheming, The Confrontation.

BB2- Helen/Paul- A lot of people would say Brian, But lets be real here The romance blossoming was the biggest talking point of the whole series.

BB3- Jade- No Explanation needed.

BB4- Lol without Jon, Federico, Anouska or Lisa it would have been even more boring.

BB5- Victor- Nasty Nick may have been the first Game player, But it was Slick Vic who made it his own and made it popular.

BB6- Extremely difficult choice with the Big 5 Craig, Derek, Kemal, Makosi or Science, But i think Makosis absence would make the biggest impact with the Audience.

BB7- Nikki- No Explanation Needed

BB8- Charley- No Explanation Needed

BB9- Rex- He was the Main Villian and was entertaining from start to finish. it would be hard to think of BB9 Without Him.

BB10- The Irrepressible dark horse and Captain Cool AF Marcus

BB11- Ben

BB12- Aaron- This Whole series pretty much revolved around him.

BB13- Caroline- A lot of people would say Deana, But lets be honest here Caroline was the Biggest Villian and Most entertaining HM OF BB13.

BB14- Dexter and Gina- They were a Double act. It's hard to think of one without the other.

BB15- Helen- as much as i dislike her, she was the biggest Character.

bb16- At A Push Marc

BB17- Jayne

BB18- Isabelle- Her Journey was Phenomenal. From being Pre Judged by everyone as a Dumb Blonde Tanned Bimbo (My Self Included) TO single handedly taking down Lotan, to displaying her selfless acts several times to finally Wining.

Not going positively or negatively because that's not what the thread is asking:

BB6: Makosi - While nearly all the cast are very argumentative, Makosi had that trait too but also was the only one who seemed very intelligent and clued on. Without her there'd be much more chaos unfolding, ironic considering she caused the two most chaotic moments lol
BB7: Susie - The house divide would've deepened a lot and the series would've eventually ended up being more argumentative and lacking in the chilled out appeal BB7 sometimes had
BB10: Noirin - So much less conflict would unfold and housemates who fought over her would've probably ended up with less backlash from the public e.g Marcus and Sree. You can really see how much the series tone radically changes after her eviction
BB11: John James - Would've been a better series :/
BB12: Aaron - Would've been a better series :/
BB13: Caroline - I understand the Deana answers but if you take Deana away, Lydia would've probably just took her place as the protagonist of the series. If you took away this boring, disgusting, nauseating piece of **** Cuntoline however, a lot of the conflict would've been reduced since she was a pathetic **** stirring ****.
BB16: Marc - The opposite of what I said with Susie
BB17: Hughie - I would've lost a lot of interest
BB18: Isabelle - We would've been stuck with Lotan and his terrible friends the whole series
