Is it because I would call the AA to change a tyre :fist:

Strictly Jake 11-06-2018 06:15 AM

I got 27 which is my actual age which I suppose is good

I thought I would get like 16 years old as a lot I still can't do

Most of the answers from the questions were stupid as most of them the answer was yes just worded differently I was trying to look for the one that said no and most of the time the closest we were given was I think so

thesheriff443 11-06-2018 06:35 AM

I got 50

Cal. 11-06-2018 07:13 AM

You've been around the block so many times that at this point you are the block. You have a ton of experience when it comes to life skills, so much so that sometimes it doesn't seem like you still have anything you need to learn. But don't get too confident, something will come along sooner or later.

..yeah I reckon it could be that, Cherie.....I found myself having car issues only recently...and one of my friends asked if I was in the AA...I found myself saying no and stop judging me and mansplaining to me..!!!!...I realised how many TiBB terms I’ve gathered when he stared at me the way he did...like, hang on..where on Earth did that come from...

...anyway I’m 38yrs old in the quiz...I would agree with that...too young to have any wisdom...too old to look my best in a bikini...

To be fair, the number of things I was utterly baffled that people didn't know how to do when I first moved into Uni halls :umm2:.

Beer in the freezer not realising it would explode. People who had no idea how to use a washing machine - let alone sort their clothes or iron. MOST people straight up could not cook, at all, beyond chicken nuggets. Someone was going to keep their pack of chicken breasts in their CUPBOARD until I saw them and saved their life!

I was fully taking care of myself (clothes, dishes etc) and making meals like lasagne from scratch when I was 14 :joker:. The benefit of having a miserable, disinterested dad who was at work 90% of the time and a mum who was either too drunk, too hungover or just too depressed to leave her room most days, I guess. ... ...h ... hehe... *childhood trauma*

It isn't like this is your first trip around the block; you aren't a total rookie when it comes to life skills, but you're close. Don't be too hard on yourself, though. You have a lot to learn when it comes to taking care of things in your daily life. You're well on your way, and within a couple of years, you will have it all going on in this area.

i get 18, when i am really 26

If you lean your arms on the table (which most people do) then that's classed as bad table manners, although I don't get why.

When it comes to life skills, you've pretty much got everything covered. You are a true veteran at this point. But if you were to be honest with yourself, even at your age there are a few things that you still haven't quite figured out. Don't worry, you can just fake it; with all the life skills you have, no one will guess your weaknesses.

However, some of the answers were dodgy I think  Like, I never send thank you cards, but there was no option. I have never received a thank you card either. Didn't realise that was something people actually did outside of films/TV tbh

I also think I let myself down on the ironing question. I CAN iron, I just chose not to. I purposely buy stuff that does not need ironed. Only the kids school uniforms get ironed really in this house.

parmnion 13-06-2018 03:34 PM

How many bloody questions are there...im on 21 fgs

parmnion 13-06-2018 03:37 PM
