The one good thing about bbuk being in September is that students can talk about in in-between classes... That's good to help spread the word and get people to watch it so that students can talk about it amuonst themselves..

I really can't be arsed with three CBBs in a row but it makes sense from a business perspective. CBB will get more ratings than a normal summer BBUK would've, which improves it's chances of getting renewed or picked up by another channel. It also provides more promo to the normal version than usual

Tbh I’m just disappointed that BBUK will be getting a second hand house, probably no big original theme or twist, no big promotional campaign and maybe not even a new eye :shrug:

Well it's never going to be on in the summer again as they won't go up against Love Island plus I predict Love Island will start their Celeb version in January so Channel 5 are screwed.

Not really... Only a long time true fan of the show would rather let the show die than continue to see it raped at the hands of Channel 5 or any other network...

I have a theory as to why they'd have CBB air first... If Channel 5 are planning to renew BB and they plan on still airing CBB in the traditional January slot it doesn't make sense to air two CBB series with only a few weeks break... If the rumors of a late to mid August premiere are true it's easier to air "back to back" celebrity series with a 6 month gap in-between...

You all are carrying on as if they've killed your puppy... It's pathetic... It literally doesn't make a difference which order they air the series in and it seems to me that they have a very good reason for doing so...

I prefer it tbh.

Civilian Bb will air when the new BARB system is put into place so it will get more viewers (well it should) and it's on when it's colder so more people inside. Promoting BB throughout CBB (which is usually more watched) can only be a good thing, no? Sure it didn't really work properly in 2011 but still.
