whats this all about...

It sounds like it talking about someone from Scotland but then it empathises the word lying... so its not actually...

Than it says it will be sunnier in the south and a sun starts flashing over Birmingham... so maybe its some one from Birmingham... then is talks about not being deceived and talks about a downfall coming... and unpredictable times ahead... so its someone coming down from somewhere north of London who might be deceived (or maybe they are not) and either they are unpredictable or what will happen to them is unpredictable... that's what i got from it... what about you? what do you think
