I definitely do not agree with any nasty abuse but most of the messages on twitter are from normal people disgusted in her behaviour not spouting abuse. She sold no tickets and used this as an excuse.

Seriously though I don't like her or Kim (even though Kim was a hilarious HM) but Kim was the one who started it and was the one ranting and raving, Coleen barely said a word?

They dislike each other the sniping and name calling isn't what most are upset about.

It's how Kim was set up against Coleen and her friends - they all attacked her and then rolled their eyes and muttered under their breath when she became upset. Had Coleen arged back 1 on 1 I don't believe there would be outrage at all it was how the situation was handled.
