I don't agree that they're for stupid people, but I've never seen what's good about them and always thought what's the point? I have zero amount of tattoos.

it's a form of self expression is it not? i'd probably never personally get one as i'd get tired of it but someone shouldn't be labeled as "stupid" for getting one. it does no harm to anybody else (unless of course it's an offensive symbol/message/etc.)

and i can't tell if the guy in the video is joking or not but if he's not then he seems like an absolute dick

however i think it’s silly to get someone’s name tattooed on you, if it’s a case of a boyfriend/girlfriend of 1 month

Some are clever, some are stupid, some are for careers, some stop from progressing within a career

I personally find them unattractive and turn off in most cases.

For the mostpart it's a fashion choice like any other :shrug:. I don't have any and don't particularly like them, wouldnt say I find them UNattractive unless they're excessive, but don't find them appealing either. Each to their own, though.

Tattoos are for boring people trying to make themselves stand out from the crowd.

My friend has a rose and her Nan's handwriting from a birthday card (etc love from Nana x) above it and it's gorgeous and sentimental.

I don't see how something that means so much could ever be called stupid.

I’m getting one soon (albeit a small one on my wrist or ankle, undecided) of my star sign so NO they’re actually for intelligent folk!

I had over a dozen when I was young..and very daft:blush:
Had them all removed when I was expecting my first child.
I would now love a couple of little ones, a teddy bear, and maybe a little Yorkshire rose.

I don't really concern myself with what other people decide to do with their own bodies. Art is subjective and whatever people decide to do with the canvas that is their skin is down to them.

The idea that people with tattoos are somehow less intelligent or 'poorly educated' is pure judgemental bull**** that's meant to bait a reaction and nothing more. A meaningless statement.

The issue I have with them is they clash with nicer clothing, particularly primary colors, and can ruin a polished look. I prefer a cleaner look... and then put nice clothes and jewelry on over. Tattoos create a busy look that can't be corrected and I'm not a fan...

I have one very finely drawn one around my upper arm which has a lighting streak, comedy & tragedy masks , a crescent moon and a peacock feather.

Its not large and bold but delicate and hugely admired - when i was younger !
