Anyone else feel like they’re in a constant state of poor health this time of year?
Literally can’t remember a time at the moment where something wasn’t wrong with me.
|
No, but it can happen you get a cold, then something else, then the cold comes back, your immune system might need a boost and get some rest :nono:
|
I’ve been sleeping for like 10 hours at a time Cherie or getting no sleep at all :(
My mam thinks I’m aneamic again |

Thank you everybody for your wonderful advice.
I’m booking an appointment with my GP to get some blood tests done to check for my anaemia. Wishing you all a very healthy Christmas! |
Nope
|
If it's any consolation, I've overslept through my alarm this entire week :( we just gotta hold out a couple months
I hope your GP appointment goes well! I hope they find the cause x |
Mental Health wise for sure. These months coming up used to be the dark times. Physically not so much though.
