I love the lull between Christmas and New Years
 

You're never entirely sure what day it is, and it doesn't really matter; if you're out of milk for the coffee it's fine to just use Bailey's, and if there's no bread to make toast, use some leftover cake!

My mam always gets horrified when I pull a drink out in the afternoon when it’s not Xmas or Boxing Day

For me it just gets to the point where I want it to be the 2nd January so it's all bloddy over with!

I just feel like an overweight sloth constantly feeding on an avalanche of Christmas leftovers. Roll on 2019.

I'm working most of this week so I can't even enjoy it :(

I feel sorry for people that work in between. I’m not back til a week on Monday

I don't have to work but I have a part time freelance job so I logged on this morning for a hour just to answer some emails, I hate letting it all pile up...
