Anyone else not get it at all?

I just stumbled upon a guy who eats food on camera doing ASMR and he gets 100k views per video and has like 150k subs and it made me feel ill watching and hearing him eat

I've fallen asleep to this loads :skull: I don't get the tingles or w/e but I think some of them are pretty relaxing.

I listen to him but it doesn't really do anything. I don't get singles like they say lol.

I just found one on YouTube so I could see what it was, and idk what that was meant to be but I didn’t like it

It's meant to relax you and gives you tingles. It does relax me though.

I googled and didn't understand it but that makes sense.

Literally hatred of sounds. Eating in particular for me.

Add me to the ASMR club, but only for unintentional clips and not the stage managed stuff.

Tmi but I've seen this in porn before and was scarred :skull: Although idk what's worse, that or the eating ones.. I guess I could see the appeal for certain sounds where it could be soothing or something but regardless, just not for me no matter what the context is. :joker:

I've been asking the same question ever since this weird trend started :conf::rolleyes: , it's like some weird fetish & food porn .

I've seen some clips on YouTube and I don't understand the fascination.
But if that's all it takes to make alot of money then any of us could do it haha it's ridiculous how popular it is .
