I accidentally bought these instead of "clear complexion" tablets

God knows how ... but are they safe for a twenty-something guy to take, are they generic "health and beauty" tablets or will they make me grow boobs?

Did you not read 'by women for women' or 'menopause support'

hahaha I didn't look properly, I was in a hurry!! They were right next to the clear complexion tablets on the shelf but cheaper (they weren't in Boots) so I assumed they were an offbrand version!!

I googled everything that's in it which I hadn't heard of, and it doesn't sound woman-specific, I think it's basically using generic supplements to treat things which happen to menopausal women, like trying to cure bad skin etc, I doubt £1.50 tablets from Home Bargains are gonna greatly affect the endocrine system ...

Still, I'll probably keep them for when I run out of clear complexion tablets and cba to buy more, rather than taking them regularly...

Be careful. There is a high amount of Iron per capsule. Most men typically dont need iron, unless there doctor recommends it for a specific reason, and iron can build up in the body and become toxic.
I'd just return them if I were you.

I didn't pick up on the Iron thing... I googled what can happen with too high iron levels, and yikes, especially as I've already had to have heart surgery...

Thank you!

You're probably right, I've recently finished my first packet of them (one month's worth) and they've not made any real difference ... that said, I've been eating a load of garbage so it's hard to properly judge
