How much water do you drink a day?

Not necessarily pure water, I think squash and tea count. I drink probably 3 glasses of juice a day plus one tea so 4 glasses, which I know isn't enough but oh well, my pussy remains wet!

Liam- 22-02-2019 07:33 PM

I go through between 2 and 3 1L bottles of water a day

RileyH 22-02-2019 07:34 PM

The early signs of dehydration include dry mouth, extreme thirst, headache and confusion. Your body may produce little to no urine, and you may notice the urine is darker than usual. You may feel dizzy, lightheaded and produce no tears when crying.
Ariana dehydrated!

According to the "American Society of Nephrology" editorial, not one study indicates the average person needs to drink the “8x8” amount of water daily. If your thirst is satisfied and your urine is light in color, you probably won't receive an extra benefit -- in skin appearance, concentration or general health -- from increasing fluids.
whew me and RileyH live!

 I take a water bottle most everywhere and also chug a glass or two with every meal

Daniel-X 22-02-2019 09:12 PM

Not enough even though I love her and it’s the only thing I drink really. Messy. Just don’t get enough fluids.

I’ve been ill this week so have been off work all week and have drunk PLENTY of water. About 4L a day, I’ve been hydrated a lot more than usual.

Jessica. 22-02-2019 09:13 PM

About 7 cups of liquid (water and a coffee) and I eat lots of veggies which contain water too so I definitely get enough.

Every drink has water in it because water is the only natural liquid on earth. Just deal with the facts!
