Paul Scholes resigns from Oldham :P
Former Manchester United and England midfielder Paul Scholes has left his role as Oldham boss after just 31 days.
The 44-year-old took on his first managerial job on 11 February and was only in charge of the League Two club for seven games, winning one. Scholes said in a statement that he had decided to resign with "great regret". "It unfortunately became clear that I would not be able to operate as I intended and was led to believe prior to taking on the role," he continued. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/47570578 ------ That didn't last long |
He'll be gutted, it was his life long dream to manage them
|
They will be painting his name on the seat next to oles in the dugout.

That's a shame as I know that he supports them so it mustn't have been an easy decision for him.
Maybe he needs to pick a team with a bigger infrastructure next time to implement his plans. With all due respect to Oldham of course. |
